Group training provides you with an instant network of training partners who will hold you accountable and cheer you on when the going gets tough. All of our classes are led by experienced and highly invested coaches. Classes are approximately 45 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
Your coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.
Our group class programs are constantly varied so there are always opportunities for growth. Workouts can be adjusted for all fitness and skill levels.
